1. Cancellation of the Engagement
1.1. Cancellation Deadline : Participants can cancel their accommodation free of charge up to 30 days before the meeting. After this period no refund will be possible.
1.2. Cancellation Method : To cancel accommodation, participants must contact our customer service by email at org@agsracing.com or by telephone at +33 4 94 60 97 00.
1.3. Cancellation Confirmation : Once the cancellation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant.
2. Reimbursement
2.1. Refund Eligibility : Accommodation fees may be refunded under the conditions described above.
2.2. Refund Process : Once the cancellation request has been approved, an email will be sent to the participant to notify the approval or rejection of their refund.
2.3. Refund Time : If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
2.4. Exceptions : No refund will be granted in the event of exclusion from the race for non-compliance with race regulations or safety rules.
3. Cancellation by the Organizer
3.1. Cancellation of the Event : If the race is canceled by the organizer for reasons beyond the control of the participants (weather, security reasons, etc.), a full refund of the registration fees will be made.
3.2. Postponement of the Event : In the event of postponement of the race, participants will have the option of maintaining their registration for the new date or requesting a full refund.
