All Inclusive Comfort

For those looking for an authentic experience without compromising on comfort, our Comfort Berber tents are the ideal solution. Comfort accommodation has shared sanitary facilities outside the tent. 

•  Capacity: 2, 3 or 4 people
•  Layout : Double or twin beds
•  Facilities : Shared bathroom with hot showers, toilet

Full board is included, as well as a daily open bar snack.

•  Breakfast: A varied buffet with local and international options 
•  Lunch: Typical Moroccan dishes, with fresh, seasonal ingredients
•  Dinner: Meals in Berber tents or under the stars, accompanied by traditional entertainment
   

1. Cancellation of the Commitment

1.1. Cancellation deadline: Participants may cancel their accommodation free of charge up to 30 days before the meeting. After this deadline, no refund will be possible.

1.2 Cancellation method: To cancel accommodation, participants must contact our customer service department by email at org@agsracing.com or by telephone on +33 4 94 60 97 00.

1.3 Cancellation Confirmation: Once the cancellation has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant.

2. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for reimbursement : Accommodation costs may be reimbursed under the conditions described above.

2.2. Refund process: Once the cancellation request has been approved, an email will be sent to the participant notifying them of the approval or rejection of their refund.

2.3. Refund period: If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within 14 days.

2.4. Exceptions: No refunds will be given in the event of exclusion from the race for failure to comply with race regulations or safety rules.

3. Cancellation by the Organiser

3.1. Cancellation of the Event: If the race is cancelled by the organiser for reasons beyond the control of the participants (weather, safety reasons, etc.), a full refund of the entry fee will be made.

3.2. Postponement of the Event: If the race is postponed, participants will have the option of maintaining their registration for the new date or requesting a full refund.
