Tangier Med port charges

Right of way at the port of Tangier Med = €320 return per truck

This fee is payable in all cases. By using our shipping agent, you save time when arriving in and departing from Tangier Med.

The truck form should be returned to us as soon as possible so that we can register your details with the shipping agent.

To be reserved and paid for before 08/10/2024

1. Cancellation of options

1.1. Cancellation period: Participants may cancel their options free of charge up to 30 days before the meeting. After this time, no refund will be possible.

1.2 Cancellation method: To cancel their options, participants must contact our customer service department by email at org@agsracing.com or by telephone on +33 4 94 60 97 00.

1.3 Cancellation Confirmation: Once the cancellation has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant.

2. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Refund : Fees may be refunded under the conditions described above.

2.2. Refund process: Once the cancellation request has been approved, an email will be sent to the participant notifying them of the approval or rejection of their refund.

2.3. Refund period: If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within 14 days.

2.4. Exceptions: No refunds will be given in the event of exclusion from the race for failure to comply with race regulations or safety rules.

3. Cancellation by the Organiser

3.1. Cancellation of the Event: If the race is cancelled by the organiser for reasons beyond the control of the participants (weather, safety reasons, etc.), a full refund of the entry fee will be made.

3.2. Postponement of the Event: If the race is postponed, participants will have the option of maintaining their registration for the new date or requesting a full refund.
